I had no idea olive oil or balsamic vinegar could taste so good or so different than the cheap lousy stuff. After tasting a number of the many different options in olive oils and balsamics, including flavors like mango, peach, lemon etc and getting an crash course on what makes a good oil from the staff my wife and I bought 5 bottles. It's great being able to sample first to pick your favorite and avoid buying something you don't like. Great for gifts too as we trust our Italian neighbors will love it as much as we do.
