  We came on a holiday from Northern bc. We heard a lot of good things about the royal park rv. (WOW) is all I have to say. The location is close to everything. That's all this place has Any movement you make you are watch!! We have a diesel truck as everyone knows you should let your truck warm up at least 5 minutes when you first start it. So we did at 10:00 am weather was only 5 so started the truck was told that i was not aloud to let truck warm up and if we did not like it to leave. We have travel across Canada and USA have never ran into an owner that is so anal I would recommend anyone looking to stay in penticto NOT stay at royal park rv the rates are $900 a month reasonable but the owner Bob should not be aloud to deal with people think he should leave that to his wife Bob has told me how his wife does not like the business and does not want to deal with people (weird cause they like the money) guess that reflects on him being anal the way he is . well in response to the owners comment to start with my truck ran for approximately 3 minutes. Also anyone that has ever stayed at royal park also know that you are not able to park on grass every site has a gravel parking for you vehicle not quite sure which grass my motor was killing?? and as far as the other people in park (was 2 other campers) and for their consideration I waited till 10 am to start my truck not like the owner who starts his leaf blower at 9 am every morning wounder what that does for consideration to paying customers at the park Like seriously the owner trying to justify himself by saying the motor is going to kill grass when your parked on gravel could of found a better excuse or reason That just proves to me and anyone else that's been at ROYAL PARK RV THAT THE OWNER IS just not ANAL but also a LIAR!!!!!!!!

  I would never recommend anyone stay here. My family got kicked out of the campsite after only being there a couple of hours. After they arrived, my 15 year old son realized his shampoo broke open in his hockey bag, so he took it over to the showers to clean in up since he had hockey the next day. One of the workers walked in on him doing this and freaked right out on him. After getting back to camp and telling what had just happened, his aunt who was very upset by this went over to talk to the worker. After the worker was very rude to her, she lost her cool. The owner then came over and told them they had to be out first thing in the morning. If the worker would have calmly talked to my son about this there would have been no problems. Now they have lost a customer that would have been there every summer during hockey school. I will also be letting our club know never to stay there. Very poor customer service!! Two Thumbs Down!!
