  The food was ok but the employees are very rude and pushy. One girl in particular, a thin blonde woman with many earrings and an eyebrow ring, was incredibly short and snappy with many of the customers during the half hour we were in there. How someone like that ends up in a customer service position is puzzling, hopefully by next year there will be better employees in such a popular establishment.

  All of their food looks really good, but if you want a good quality steak don't bother. I have tried their rib eyes on two occasions, both times the meat was very tough. Which is not worth my money. My guess is they were trying to sell lower quality meat at AAA prices. Avoid! I also question their aging process, the meat looked like it had been well aged, but then was missing flavor. If you want a better quality steak go to Johny's, but make sure you get their "beef beyond belief". Although, Johny's lower quality steak is still better then t-bones.

  Crappy. Have been sick from their cabbage rolls, know several others that have been sick. Customer service terrible. Prices way too high
